Pioneer founder of the Globe Group and one of the finest technocrats of his time, Mr. Ramswaroop led the Group since 1958. A commerce graduate, he was the chief architect of the Globe Group and served as its Chairman, remaining a guiding force and mentor to the business throughout his lifetime.
Mr. Basant Agrawal

A qualified Cost and Chartered Accountant, Mr. Basant has played a pivotal role in shaping the financial strength of the Globe Group. From fund raising to internal accounting, he has been the driving force behind the streamlining and automation of the Finance & Accounts division.
With his deep expertise and extensive experience, Mr. Basant spearheaded the Group’s entry into the Oil & Gas sector by establishing GTC Oilfield Services Limited, a specialized entity offering comprehensive oilfield services. As Director, he oversees the entire GTC fleet and continues to guide the company’s growth with his strategic vision.
Mr Ramratan Agrawal
Executive Director
Mr. Ramratan has been the key man behind the emergence of Globe as a new age company. As the elder son it was his shoulders that pushed the company expansions. He has been chiefly responsible for entire business side decision making which has catapulted Globe to a 500 Cr company today .A commerce graduate academically he has been the chief architect of Globe operations and technical strengths. Also as the current president of AITWA (All India Transport Welfare Association) body, he has contributed significantly to the industry cause at large extent.
Mr Hemant Agrawal

Mr. Hemant carries on the technocrat hat in the business As a B.Tech in Automobile Engineering graduate he has been the force behind a neat, tidy and upgraded fleet. He is in charge of the entire globe fleet for operations and maintenance.
Mr Raghav Agrawal
Executive Director
Mr. Raghav holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University, USA, and a Master of Science in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics, UK.
Since his appointment in 2013–14, he has played a pivotal role in GTC’s growth, taking on several key responsibilities. With his strategic vision and exemplary leadership, he has successfully steered the company’s diversification into multiple service domains.
